Scope of Services. Through this Site, Santana Tech Solutions markets and arranges Computer Diagnostics, Operating System Reinstall, PC Cleaning, Virus Removal, Malware Removal, WiFi Troubleshooting, Cable Management, Home Network Setup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Santana Tech Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Santana Tech Solutions arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Santana Tech Solutions from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
